I had a great experience with Refresh Pools. I recently bought a home in the Scottsdale area. The home has a pool that was a little tired. Ryan at Refresh gave me several options ranging from acid washing the existing Pebble Tec surface and doing a little patching, to a complete redo. I opted for the total refinish. Ryan was very helpful with recommendations for Pebble Tec colors and matching tile colors. All this work was done with me out of town in Seattle. Ryan sent me regular pictures of progress being made and assured me that when I came back to Scottsdale the pool would be ready for use. It was and I was totally impressed. Everything was perfect. The color was great, the tile nicely complemented the Pebble Tec color and all the pop up valves worked. I was very happy with my experience with Refresh and would recommend Refresh and Ryan to anyone needing a pool refurbishment.
